Job Description:
PITC is seeking a highly professional and experienced Company Secretary to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and for implementing decisions made by the Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support to the board and its committees.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance under SECP and other corporate governance codes.
